Privacy Policy (Goddess Mirror App)

AI-Powered Analysis
The Goddess Mirror uses artificial intelligence to analyze information you voluntarily submit through the application and generate your personalized report.

The application currently uses OpenAI’s API to perform this analysis. When you use the Goddess Mirror, the information submitted for analysis may include:

dating profile photos you upload;

dating profile text you enter or paste;

your stated relationship intentions; and

other information you voluntarily include within your submitted profile content.

This information is transmitted through the application’s server to OpenAI for the purpose of generating your Goddess Mirror report.

How Uploaded Photos Are Handled
When you upload a photo, the image is processed in your browser and resized and converted before being submitted for analysis.

The Goddess Mirror does not permanently store your uploaded photos in its own database, file storage, or object storage system.

Photos are temporarily held in your browser and in server memory while your report is being generated. They are then transmitted to OpenAI for AI analysis.

The Goddess Mirror does not create a permanent public URL for your uploaded photos, and uploaded photos cannot be retrieved through the application after your session ends.

Refreshing or closing the page, or starting a new analysis, clears the application’s active display of the uploaded photos and current report.

How User-Submitted Information Is Stored
The Goddess Mirror currently does not maintain user accounts, saved reports, profile histories, or persistent records of submitted dating profile information.

Information you submit, including profile text, relationship intentions, and uploaded photos, exists temporarily while your analysis is being processed and your report is displayed.

The application does not intentionally save this information to its own database or persistent file-storage system.

Generated Goddess Mirror reports are also not currently saved by the application. If you leave or refresh the report page, the report may no longer be available.

AI Training
The Goddess Mirror does not use your uploaded photos, profile information, responses, or generated reports to train or fine-tune its own AI models.

The application uses OpenAI’s API to generate its AI analysis.

According to OpenAI’s current policies, data submitted through its API is not used to train or improve OpenAI’s models by default unless the API customer has explicitly opted in to data sharing for that purpose. (OpenAI Help Center)

Third-Party Service Providers
To operate the Goddess Mirror, information may be processed by third-party service providers, including:

OpenAI: Provides the artificial intelligence technology used to analyze submitted dating profile information and generate Goddess Mirror reports.

Replit: Provides hosting and runtime infrastructure for the application. Application traffic passes through Replit’s infrastructure as part of operating the service.

Google Fonts: May receive standard technical browser information, such as IP address and browser information, when fonts are loaded. Dating profile photos, profile text, and Goddess Mirror reports are not intentionally sent to Google Fonts by the application.

These third-party providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and retention requirements.

Data Retention
The Goddess Mirror does not currently maintain persistent application storage for uploaded photos, submitted profile text, relationship intentions, or generated reports.

Submitted information is temporarily processed as necessary to generate and display your report.

Because OpenAI is a separate service provider involved in processing the analysis, information transmitted to OpenAI may be subject to OpenAI’s applicable data-retention policies and contractual terms.

Security
We take reasonable steps to limit unnecessary storage and exposure of information submitted through the Goddess Mirror.

API credentials used to communicate with OpenAI are maintained server-side and are not exposed through the application’s frontend.

Uploaded photos are not intentionally made publicly accessible and are not assigned public media URLs by the Goddess Mirror.

However, no internet-based service or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should consider this before submitting personal or sensitive information.
