Sat, May 17 Pre-Retreat: TRAVEL DAY (Phoenix Metro Area)
- Arrive in Phoenix (closest airport: Phoenix International airport).
- Relax and get a good night’s sleep in preparation for AM drive to Sedona!
- Meeting point will be the lobby at Hampton Inn Phoenix Airport North: in Phoenix at 9:45am if you want to carpool with Diana and Sarah
Sun, May 18 Day 1: ARRIVE IN SEDONA + RELEASE
- Head to Sedona!
- Welcome Lunch with Diana (included) and visit to my favorite crystal shop to pick out stones for your intentions
- 4pm Check into The Cliffs or your accommodations
- Early evening: Goddess Grounding Release meditation + Intention Setting circle with Diana with Lite Bites
- Rest and Restore
Mon, May 19 Day 2: RECEIVE
- Early AM: Morning yoga/movement (Optional for those staying at The Cliffs)
- Opening Circle, Goddess Spiritual Teaching and 1:1 Goddess Empowerment Hot Seats with Diana
- Lunch and Soul Opening Excursion(ex: visit Chapel of the Holy Cross, Vortex Spirit walk, I will see how the energy feels and decide which one(s) will best serve the group!)

This day is all about tapping into your inner medicine, inner wisdom and Goddess power. Sacred Medicine Wheel and Native American totem animal, Wolf will be our guide.
Wolf energy helps us to transmute our fears and tap into your natural instincts/intuition, intelligence, independence/freedom, and also interdependence/awareness of the importance of social connections and community.

Transportation info:
Phoenix International Airport is approximately a 2 hour drive from Sedona. Rental car is recommended or Groome Shuttle from Phoenix Airport to the Cliffs Hotel in Sedona is great and very affordable.

Terms and Conditions:
- Registration closes May 8.
- I’ve made this retreat intimate on purpose (4 people minimum, 6 maximum) for safety as well as the opportunity to give you all more personalized attention. First come, first serve!
- Refund policy: If for any reason, if you cannot make the retreat, all retreat funds sent (deposit, etc) are fully refundable up until May 5.
- After May 5, there are no refunds and you will still be responsible for completing any payment plan if applicable. You may however grant your ticket to a lucky friend, or apply the funds towards a credit to be used for services with Diana (coaching, etc) to be used by Dec 31, 2025.
- Take personal responsibility for your experience. Please bring what you need to feel safe and present. I will have ample water, sanitizer and wipes and we will also be mindful of space. But ultimately, your health is your responsibility and by participating in this retreat you agree to release my company, Dancing Goddess LLC from any and all liability. We will have a waiver for you to sign as we get closer.

FAQs
1) What time should we arrive on Saturday and where should we stay on Saturday in Phoenix on May 17?
Saturday is travel day, so anytime for arrival is just fine! We will be meeting on Sunday morning. For affordable hotels near the airport, I like Hampton Inn Phoenix Airport North: It’s a clean, simple hotel with free breakfast and parking and a 5 min drive from the airport (and I believe there’s an airport shuttle). Any hotel near that one would work well.
Also, hotels or resorts near Old Town Scottsdale are also relatively close to the airport (15-20 min away) and range in price.
Two great ones are Scottsdale Plaza Resort and for a more luxe, upscale experience, I love The Scott
2) What time are we leaving for Sedona on May 18/are we meeting somewhere?
I’ll likely be staying at the Hampton Inn Phoenix, and the plan right now is to just meet in the lobby of that hotel at 9:45 am so we can all depart for Sedona at 10am and arrive in Sedona by lunchtime 🙂
3) What time are we done on May 21/should we make our return flights for?
Although closing dinner on May 20 culminates the retreat, for anyone who would like to join me, I’ll be taking folks on an AM vortex hike (weather permitting) or we can all do breakfast before departing back to Phoenix.
Check out time at the Cliffs is 11am. We will likely be done by then. It is about a 2 hour drive without traffic back to Phoenix, so plan accordingly! If you need to depart early Wed to catch a flight, of course, please take care of yourself!
4) You mentioned that you may be able to drive some folks to Sedona. Do we need to rent a car? Is there a shuttle that goes from Phoenix airport to Sedona and back or even just one-way in case I need to catch a flight?
Yes, for May 18, if you can meet me and Sarah at the hotel at 9:45am to leave by 10am, I think we may have space to take 2-3 people, but renting a car is the most convenient. Alternatively, there is a shuttle too that goes between Sedona and Phoenix airport and back (you can purchase round trip or one way tickets). I recommend Groome Transportation. (under $75 each way!) We will have a private WhatsApp group chat so we will all be in communication throughout the retreat to keep track of where we are to make it simple 🙂
