Meet Your Goddess Guide: Diana Dorell

Hi, I’m Diana Dorell aka The Dancing Goddess.

I’m a women’s empowerment coach, intuitive guide, speaker, author, and the founder of Dancing Goddess.

For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting thousands of women through private coaching, retreats, workshops, intuitive readings, and online communities. Again and again, I’ve noticed something fascinating:

The women I work with are often incredibly capable.
They’re smart, caring, successful, and deeply intuitive.
Yet many of them struggle to trust themselves.
They second-guess their decisions, overthink conversations, and spend so much time taking care of everyone else that they lose touch with their own inner voice.

Truthfully, I’ve been there too.

There have been seasons of my life when I looked outside myself for answers, reassurance, or permission. What I discovered is that the clarity we seek is rarely found by doing more.

It’s often found by slowing down long enough to hear ourselves again.
That’s why I created Come Home To Yourself, Intuitive Queen.
Because I believe you already carry deep wisdom within you.
Sometimes we simply need the right space, support, and community to reconnect with it.

My intention for this retreat is to create a beautiful container where you can breathe, reconnect with yourself, strengthen your intuition, and remember the woman you’ve always been underneath the noise.

Sedona has always felt magical to me! The red rocks, the energy, the spaciousness, and the natural beauty invite us to slow down and listen differently.

Diana Dorell is the founder of Dancing Goddess, author of Diary of a Dancing Goddess and co-author of The Dating Mirror. She has shared stages with leaders including Deepak Chopra and has guided thousands of women to trust themselves, strengthen their intuition, and create lives and relationships that feel aligned, joyful, and authentic.

DAY 1
The Return to Yourself

Tuesday, September 8
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Healthy Lunch Included

Our first day is about exhaling.

We’ll gently release the mental clutter, emotional weight, expectations, and old stories that may be keeping you disconnected from your truth.

Through guided experiences, reflection, meditation, intuitive exercises, connection, and gentle embodiment practices, you’ll begin creating space for your own inner wisdom to emerge.

Sometimes we simply need space to hear ourselves again.

DAY 2
Reclaiming Your Inner Queen

Wednesday, September 9
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Healthy Lunch Included

Today we deepen.

We’ll explore what intuition actually feels like in your body, how to strengthen self-trust, and how to discern the difference between fear, conditioning, and true inner knowing.

You’ll leave with practical tools and experiences you can continue using long after the retreat ends.

This day is about remembering that your intuition is not something outside of you.

It is a relationship you cultivate with yourself.

DAY 3
Living As The Intuitive Queen

Thursday, September 10

Many retreats focus on healing.
Healing matters.
But joy matters too.
Today is about celebration, embodiment, pleasure, and allowing yourself to receive.
We’ll gather at Bell Rock for a special Red Rocks Goddess Experience with Michelle Grimm and Diana, incorporating movement, connection, energy, and play.

Together we’ll shake off what no longer serves and celebrate the woman you are becoming.
You’ll also enjoy spacious free time to follow your own intuition.

Perhaps that means:
-Visiting the Chapel of the Holy Cross.
-Receiving an aura photo reading.
-Booking a massage.
-Exploring one of Sedona’s vortex sites.
-Journaling at a favorite café.
-Shopping for crystals.
-Or simply resting.

There is no right way to spend this time.
The invitation is to follow what feels nourishing and true for you.
We’ll conclude our retreat experience with a celebratory group dinner together.

Because your growth deserves to be honored.

Integration and Journey Home

As we prepare to return home, we’ll focus on carrying the wisdom and insights of the retreat into everyday life.

Nearest airports: Phoenix International Airport (SkyHarbor) and Flagstaff International Airport. Phoenix is approximately a 2 hour drive to Sedona.
Additional meals and gifts/services outside what is above are not included, allowing you the flexibility to choose what works best for your budget and preferences.

For your convenience we have put together a list of recommended hotels very close to Sedonya Conscious Living Center including where Diana is staying (10 min drive or less) and if you are not renting a car (recommended), we will have a group text thread where you can connect with other participants to share rides or rooms if desired!

There is also a convenient Groome Transportation shuttle service from Phoenix Airport to select hotels in Sedona.
