Can You Radically Accept Yourself?
Happy Tuesday!
In honor of July’s theme of radical self-acceptance, are you willing to let go of the negative chatter in your head?
I have had a tendency in the past to worry about everything-what could go wrong, what I may have done wrong or not good enough.
My dad would often find me as a little girl in my room obsessing for days about how I phrased something to a friend, what a teacher said, what I did or didn’t do.
At some point, he just laughed and said something to the effect of, “I guess that’s just what you do-worrying is just part of your process.”
The truth is, sometimes it feels really hard to let go.
It feels near impossible to shut up my mind and love myself when I get into those worry loops.
But the willingness and desire to move into a more self-loving, self-accepting space is the first step.
I wish I could have told my 10-year old self that.
I wish I could tell her, “This worry obsession doesn’t have to be part of your process forever…you may make ‘mistakes’ and people may do and say shit that hurts you or you feel like you hurt them. But you are lovable just the same. And it’s okay to not be perfect because no one is!”
If you too have struggled with some negative nellies in your head, you’ll love this month’s Mantra:
“I release negative self-talk now. I choose to radically accept myself.”
How to use it:
In quiet moments where you feel fears rising up in your chest, close your eyes, take a deep, cleansing breath and say the mantra above. Say it three times with deep feeling. Notice how you feel.
Will you play with this over the week and let me know how it goes? Hit reply or share a comment on the blog!
Remember, it’s never about perfection-that’s not the goal.
The goal is to stay open to a kinder, gentler space for yourself. That’s it. Okay?

The Secret to Getting Clarity (Monthly Mantra)
Happy Tuesday!
The other day, I experienced total brain fog. No matter what I did, I felt like I was at a standstill. Could barely put two thoughts together and felt totally unmotivated to do anything.
Has that ever happened to you?
It was like walking through molasses. It sucked.
I finally gave into it and let myself space out for a bit.
They say that when you get still, that’s when the answers come and I’ve found this to be true. I got this nudge to write (even though I had no idea what).
So, I grabbed my laptop and well…showed up at the page so to speak. A lot of nonsense flowed out of my fingertips and I felt like I was just whining. But I let myself just be with the moment. And then, after a bit, this mantra came:
“Clarity comes when I create space for the things that matter to me.”
I got chills when I saw it. I said it aloud the way I encourage you and my clients to do with mantras that resonate.
And I reflected on all the places that I was filling my day, our home and my schedule with things that didn’t matter at all to me.
Stuff, commitments and relationships that I was keeping in my life out of guilt, obligation or just laziness.
It was eye-opening.
My body’s response was brain-fog.
For others it may be something else-fatigue, frustration, etc.
I made a short list of what really matters most to me right now.
I gave myself permission to adjust the list as needed.
And although the brain fog was still there, the moment I made a decision to take a look at what I needed to shift in my life, even just one thing that was taking up too much space, I felt lighter.
I felt clearer.
I took a deep breath. And smiled.
Now it’s your turn (if you want to try this mantra!)
“Clarity comes when I create space for the things that matter to me.”
How to use it:
In quiet moments where you feel fears rising up in your chest, close your eyes, take a deep, cleansing breath and say the mantra above. Say it three times with deep feeling. Notice how you feel.
Journal questions to go deeper:
What matters to you?
What doesn’t matter to you?
What is one action or change you are willing to make to create more space for the things that matter? Hit reply and share with me.

What You Desire, Desires You!
Happy Tuesday!
Have you ever heard that to call in a partner, a home or anything that you’d like to, you must first be a vibrational match for what you’re requesting?
If you aren’t at the same vibrational frequency as what you’re asking for, it’s like the Universe gets its wires crossed and you may not see much come your way.
One of my favorite ways to raise frequency is to use mantras to fine-tune your mindset away from a space of scarcity, lack and longing vibes… to that of grounded, calm, receptive vibes!
One of my favorite mantras to play with for this is… What I desire, desires me back!
Imagine that what you desire also desires you.
That home, that perfect person for you…they are on the other end just so dang excited to find you.
Really take that in.
No chasing.
No worrying.
No stress.
Yes, you do have to meet the Universe half way (you must put in a % of effort/appropriate action and do things to signal that you indeed are doing your part and also % receptivity/allowance and letting go so the Universe can have space to deliver things to you).
Are you open to using this mantra to calm your logical mind and slip into that space of receptivity and assurance that what is truly meant for you also wants you?
How to use it:
In quest moments where you feel fears rising up in your chest, close your eyes, take a deep, cleansing breath and say the mantra above: What I desire, desires me back! Say it three times with deep feeling. Notice how you feel.
