If you desire to manifest soul-mate level relationships and friendships, ones that uplift you and honor who you really are, it is vital to be precise in your language, Goddess!

There are a few key phrases that are so common in our everyday vocabulary that without realizing it:

• dilute your intention
• confuse the Universe
• and slow down your magnetism and the speed at which you manifest what you really want

One of my mentors, Alok, shared these phrases the other day, and they really hit home.

I realized how much I unconsciously used these phrases, and I am excited to share them with you.

There’s also a simple reframe phrase of what you can say instead that is way more powerful!

I give him full credit for this, and its simplicity is so beautiful.

This simple tweak and using the reframed phrase helps you:

• diffuse wishy-washy energy so you can go into a space of gratitude and abundance
• build self-confidence and self-trust and accountability (all key ingredients to an empowered relationship!)
• and co-create with the Universe in a way that feels expansive.

We cannot control every outcome and we certainly cannot control anyone, but you can control your energy and the level of precision with your words and inner-talk.
