Have you been experiencing some highs and lows, maybe in a matter of a few days? We just came off a potent eclipse/new moon, and if you watched my What to Expect in October video, you know, there is so much shifting, but it’s all for your ultimate growth and benefit.
I myself just completed a 35-day cleanse for my gut and OMGoddess, it has been….a journey.
Some days I was confronted with what is now thankfully a past addiction to sugar, feelings of insecurity about my body, and a rollercoaster of emotions.
But as I write this, my head is more clear than it has felt in weeks, I’ve released six pounds, and my intuition is extra razor sharp.
Whether you are going through a health journey like me, a relationship challenge, or something else, I want you to know that you will get through it.
