As we conclude another month, I invite you to reflect on how far you’ve come. We’ve explored gratitude and simplicity this January, and part of that is looking at your intentions and resolutions if you made any for the “New Year.”

So often, this is the time when we can go wobbly with intentions, fall into old patterns, and feel defeated.

But I find that a simple reframe may be all that’s needed to get you back on the horse, or keep you going strong if you’ve stuck it out this far.

It’s about being flexible and seeing the bigger picture of your goal.

I made a meme to illustrate the most common “resolutions” I see and am curious what your reframes are.

When we can broaden the scope a bit, what I’ve found in almost 14 years of mentoring powerful women on relationships and self-confidence is that you increase your chances of meeting your desired outcome way faster when the intention is rooted in a conscious feeling and bigger-picture result than just one thing.

If you love and accept all of yourself, the chances of keeping a soulmate-caliber relationship in your life go up.

So, what’s one of your “reframes?” I’m curious. Play with the wording and leave me a comment below if you dare 🙂

P.S. Are you ready to meet the one? I’ll be hosting a free Attract Your Soulmate in 2025 workshop on Lunar New Year tomorrow, January 29 at 2pm Pacific/5pm Eastern, and I’d love to see you there. Go here to sign up!

My rephrame is something I’ve been saying daily that I love “I trust myself and the process that’s unfolding for me”
