It felt so scary to be intimate…A mantra you can use to create a stronger relationship (whether you’re single or coupled)

But there’s another layer to that I wanted to share to go deeper with you particularly relevant to intimacy in relationships.

Creativity requires expression.

So does intimacy.

At some point, if we want someone to know us, we have to let ourselves be known.

What do you like?

What do you want?

What turns you on?

What makes you laugh?

What do you believe?

What’s weird about you?

What are you ridiculously excited about right now?

This is one reason I don’t believe becoming more magnetic in love is about figuring out how to make yourself appealing to everybody.

Quite the opposite.

It’s about becoming more comfortable expressing who you actually are.

Some people won’t resonate with it.

That’s okay.

The right people need something real to resonate with.

So your mantra this week I’m going to invite you to work with in the mirror is: “I am open to letting myself express who I really am. My authenticity makes me magnetic to the right people, places and opportunities. And so it is.”

Is it scary to show someone the ‘real, unpolished you?’ Heck yea!

But if you are serious about attracting the right partner and honestly, the right frequency of friendships, business partnerships and any relationships, it’s absolutely essential.

Be willing to repel.

Be willing to trigger people.

Because the right people will love you when you’re being unapologetically yourself.
