Thanks Diana!
This video came at the perfect time for me!! I just got home where I was on the receiving end of someones negative energy. I was feeling overwhelmed and desiring to not take it on, but feeling affected by this persons mood anyway.
My “hot button” was triggered. LOL
Your video really helped. I’m doing the Sat-Nam’s and it is calming me down!! Definitely gonna remember to use that the next time something happens. Body Check. Breath. Be the driver!!!
Blessings-
Ronnie
Good for you Ronnie for deciding not to take it on. That is HUGE! Isn’t Sat Nam fabulous? So simple. Thank you for trying it out and keep us posted on what shifts for you. Love and Hugs, Diana
Hi Diana!
Thank you,Thank you! You Always come to me when I need you. Its like your reading my vide. I look forward to Tuesdays to receiving your messages. I found out my trigger spots are my shoulders, chest and back. As soon as I did the breathing technique the tightness eased up. Like you said you do feel happy when saying “Sat Nam”. Thank You
