    Tip no. 1 is most certainly the one I’ll be implementing the most. I use the other two anyway but maybe I’ll also do more with no. 3.

    Actually all 3 are relative as is mind, body and spirit. In a recent experience I will apply the tip of communication through the written tool of expression to say what I need to say to someone that was special in my life. Thank you for your tips and the eclipse is definately making its rounds.
