Life won’t always make sense.

People won’t get back to you.

Things will feel unclear, unfinished, just…in a space of wtf is next, Universe? 

And in those moments, you have a choice.

You can choose to go down the rabbit hole of self-pity, why-is-this-happening-to-me, as if you’re the only person in the entire world who’s experiencing t (you’re not!) and feel sorry for yourself, and get down on yourself.

Or you can choose to accept and be with what IS.

Even if you don’t like it. 

Even if you feel clueless why it’s happening or what you are supposed to do.

Like…can you just be with what is-not just the current circumstances of your life but the internal stuff-the emotions that are swirling around in you that you’re trying to “make sense of” and put into neat little boxes or ignore altogether?

Because until you can fully, 1000% accept and be with what IS, you’ll constantly be looking outside of yourself for some kind of validation, answer, key to it all. 

So, that’s nice Diana, how can I just BE with it? 

Simple-decide to be. 

Decide that in this moment, it’s okay to accept what you’re feeling and what IS.

Because from that point of presence, you can stay open to receive what is to be next. 

When it is the time to know!

And when the appointed time is to act on it.

So, whatever is ailing you right now-

The guy who broke your heart. 

The friend who ghosted you when you needed her the most.

The annoying co-worker who just won’t go away.

Can you just accept and be with it all? Just for now?
