do this breath to let go of anxiety

Happy Wednesday!

This week, I’d love to share with you a very simple exercise to release anxiety and get out of your head.

As you know, when you find yourself up there, the energy constricts and it’s easy to think that you are not supported and block the flow of love.

In those moments when your mind is running away, obsessing about why something isn’t happening…or you find yourself beating yourself up for not doing this or that…it’s a wonderful remedy.

I call it the Heart-Womb Breath.

Clients have been using it all month with great success and reporting:

  • better sleep
  • improved mental clarity
  • feeling of calm amidst challenges and changes
  • lightness and more energy!
