How was your weekend? 

This week in the States, we are prepping for Thanksgiving, where getting together with loved ones and stuffing your face is par for the course.

However, it’s also a time when anyone who identifies as empathic or sensitive to the emotions and energies of other people can tend to want to run for cover!

Luckily, there are things you can do to take care of yourself as an empath when you have to be in situations that are potentially energetically overwhelming.
