Things Can Work Out Better Than You Expect

Happy Tuesday, Goddess!

Today’s post is short and sweet: it’s all about a mindset shift and reminder that what you focus on, expands.

When you do something for the first time in the direction of your dreams, whether that be to be in a high quality relationship, start a new business or revamp your relationship with your body, it can feel so scary.

Anxiety can creep up and the inner critic may tell you all the things that could go wrong.

All the reasons why you should not do it.

Your heart rate may quicken and your throat may close up.

But…when you can normalize that this is just part of the process to attuning your nervous system to a *new normal, then, like last week’s blog, acceptance of what is showing up creates space for lightness, abundance and miracles on the other side.

The trick is to hang with the sensations that are coming up without creating a story about what they mean.

The easiest way to do that is to just ask, “What if it turns out better than expected? How does it get to be even better than I can imagine, Universe?”
